From Brief to Box:
A 7-Step Collaborative Journey

From initial requirements to production-ready packaging, every step includes clear deliverables and approval checkpoints—so your commercial vision moves from concept to reality with precision.

01 DISCOVERY

Decoding the Brief & Aligning the Strategy

We go beyond simply recording requirements. Through a structured brand questionnaire and market and competitor analysis, we translate your product positioning, price range and usage scenarios into measurable packaging design criteria—ensuring a precise starting point for every project.

02 STRATEGY

Packaging Strategy & Commercial Direction

Based on cost modeling and market benchmarking, we define the initial structural direction, material level and visual language. At this stage, we establish both the budget boundaries and the design potential, helping you select the solution with the strongest commercial return.

03 ENGINEERING

Concept Development & Engineering Validation

We turn creative concepts into production-ready engineering drawings. Our structural engineers join the process at this stage, testing the opening experience, internal protection and tooling feasibility from the outset—eliminating the risk of creating a design that cannot be manufactured at scale.

04 MATERIALS

Material, Finishing & Tactile Prototyping

We carefully select FSC-certified papers and specialty materials, combined with finishing techniques such as foil stamping, embossing and UV effects. We present two clear directions: a high-value solution within budget and a premium luxury option, allowing you to see exactly how different budgets translate into different material and finishing experiences.

05 SAMPLING

Physical Sampling, Client Review & Final Approval

We provide white samples, color samples and production samples, alongside physical testing such as drop resistance, abrasion resistance and weather resistance. You review the opening experience, color reproduction and material feel based on the actual sample, while our design and engineering teams respond quickly to any required adjustments.

We also proactively identify opportunities to upgrade materials or finishing—such as adding selective foil stamping or switching to premium sustainable paper—while keeping costs under control. Once the final solution is approved in writing, the production standard is locked, ensuring consistency throughout the bulk run.

06 PRODUCTION

In-House Production & End-to-End Quality Control

With our own production facility, we control the entire process—from prepress proofing and color matching to finishing, forming, assembly and quality inspection. Weekly production progress reports keep you informed throughout the manufacturing stage, while strict schedule and quality controls ensure that the final bulk production matches the approved sample.

Data Review & Long-Term Packaging Optimization

Delivery is not the end of the relationship. We build a packaging record for your product and provide ongoing support for product line extensions, seasonal campaigns, lightweight cost reduction and sustainability improvements. Our goal is to remain your long-term packaging partner—not simply a supplier for a single project.
